Eversure original 1920’s / 1930s oval rear view mirror accessory.
I am pretty sure that this was a car accessory. This one has a rough-built mount for a vintage motorcycle. I imagine that a more elegant solution could be made so that it can be used on a vintage motorcycle.
The plate is decent but shows some marks.
Made in Birmingham, UK. This vintage rearview mirror was fitted to a number of different cars of the period, including Lea Francis. Measures 4.5″ x 3.25″.
