Original Matchless / AJS right hand kidney tool box with fastener with space for frame.
I’m not a Matchless guy. So, I am not sure which model (s) this original toolbox is for. The main difference between this one and the other “kidney-shaped” tool boxes is the cutout. All of the other late 1940’s and early 50’s Matchless toolboxes are flat on the inside half.

Condition is OK. No nasty dinks. It has some surface corrosion which os shown. The hinge works well and doesn’t creak when you use it. It comes with the original fastening. The best bit of all is the original Matchless transfer. So, if you are building a patina-bike, then this is a great choice.
