Post War Norton Vintage Motorcycle 16H ES2 Big 4 Upright Gearbox covers ranging from 1946-49.
I have a few of these Norton upright gearbox covers. Thy are mostly post war ones. This particular set are from 1947. They differ from another 1947 set of Norton upright transmission covers that I have. One has a longer Norton inspection cover. The other set has a simple round cover.
The number stamped is G5 J47
Norton upright gearboxes are now hard to find. If you are lucky enough to own a 1946-1949 rigid framed Norton single, then this is an opportunity to buy a spare set of post war Norton vintage motorcycle 16H ES2 Big 4 upright gearbox covers.
Condition of the Post War Norton Vintage Motorcycle 16H ES2 Big 4 Upright Gearbox covers
These inner and outer covers are a nice original set with marks from use. There’s nothing inside this particular set. They have marks from age and use but they still fit together.
Other parts for Norton motorcycles.
Other than this set of covers, I have a few Norton parts. They are mostly for single cylinder models, although I have a few parts for the twins. Please take a look though the Norton Parts here
