This cylinder head is for the sought-after big bearing close fin ali Triumph Twin.
The fins on the top and sides are good.
The head is clean.
The combustion chambers are nice. They have some small digs as usual. I’ve shown a picture of each chamber.
The spark plug threads look fine.
I can’t see any cracks in the usual places. I have shown 4 close-up images of the combustion chambers.
Overall, this is a nice Pre-Unit Triumph T100 Close Fin ali cylinder head for the 500cc Twin. There are no fin repairs and none are required. That’s why it’s quite a but more than other heads with chipped fins. There is a slight uneven area either side of the cast number. I don’t think it’s a repair but you decide. The price remains as it is.
