Prewar Postwar Velocette MOV MAC 250cc 350cc vintage motorcycle gearbox casing.
This Velocette MAC / MOV gearbox case is identical to a complete gearbox that I had. That gearbox had a Prefix 9 and was possibly just post war. This one is PREFIX 4, so it’s likely prewar.
While the casing isn’t worth a fortune, it does come with a few parts as in the images.One part that is especially useful, is the gearbox adjuster.
The casing has had a repair to the mounts. It appears to have been done well.
