This unit does not have the upgrade oil seal LE 431A 27mm OD fitted. However, it does come with other parts that you may find useful.
Condition: It’s a used item. Ideally, it needs to have the oil seal fitted as an upgrade. The ratchet gear is used but appears usable. The ratchet gear turns freely in the housing but there are signs of light corrosion. When I re-assembled it, I put a little grease in there just to prevent more issues.
