1931-on Vintage motorcycle – Marston Sunbeam Lion Side Valve cylinder barrel, piston and head for sale.
This barrel and head is in decent condition.There’s one obvious fin chip, with one or two more that are less visible. The barrel looks decent. It could do with a light hone probably. The aluminium piston came with this set, so I am assuming that it belongs to it.
- The bore is around 85.5mm. (Standard Bore on the 598cc is 85mm)
- The top of the piston states that it’s Plus 30.
- It also comes with the exhaust clamp / ring as shown.
It’s for sale as you see it. I don’t have other parts. If you’re building up a Side Valve Sunbeam Lion, then this is a handy purchase. If you own a Sunbeam Lion motorcycle, it’s also handy to have as a spare.
The barrel has two numbers. They are difficult to make out.
