Original Swiss-made 1928 Royal Standard 4 C.V. sales catalogue.
Less than 700 motorcycles were made by M. Pauchand & Cie, Geneva between 1928 and when they ceased production in 1932.
The Company was founded in 1919, but their first motorcycle, the Royal Standard 4 C.V. , was worth the wait as it’s a wonderful machine.
It’s a 412cc inline twin cylinder machine with a saddle tank. The tank design was very modern as most major manufacturers were still making flat tank motorcycles.
If you are lucky enough to own a 1928 Royal Standard 4 C.V., then this is a great opportunity to add an original sales catalogue to your collection.
- 12 printed pages (including covers)
- 212cm x 146cm
- All text is in Swiss-French
Condition of the 1928 Royal Standard 4 C.V. sales catalogue.
Well, it has been around since 1928. So, I would have expected it to be in a worse state than it is! It’s actually in quite good condition.
- Spine staples OK.
- Outside covers are in colour and in good condition with NO rips or tears. There is a small mark (coffee?) on the top right corner of the front cover.
- Inner pages all fine and without additional script added, or dirty thumb prints.
- Overall, good but with minor creases.
