1957 vintage Triumph motorcycle T100 Big Bearing 500cc Twin pre-unit engine cases
This is a decent set of pre unit Triumph engine cases from 1957. The engine number is clear and unmolested – The number is shown in the images.
The big bearing T100 engines are considered the better of the pre-unit 500cc twins. It would be suitable to be paired with the close fin ali head and barrel. I happen to have some close fin barrels and heads that will be for sale on here.
This engine has:
- Matching case half numbers (meaning they are paired and have been together since original assembly)
- Decent crank cases without any major issues.
This set of engine cases has a few marks as you would expect. However, there are no major issues to report.
