Rare 1950’s or 1960’s Miller “Tungsten Iodine” driving / spot light with a yellow glass.
Miller lights were used on many sports cars and motorcycles in the 1950’s and 1960’s. It is stamped “Made In England” and is in superb condition. This light is extremely well made with beautiful original chrome on it.
The centre of the glass lens has a chrome centre piece with “Tungsten Iodine” script on the glass. At the top of the light it has the Miller logo. The outside diameter of the chrome light housing is 5.75 inches (146 mm). If you look carefully at the images, the glass has a crack in it.
This is an original vintage part, not a modern reproduction.
Although this is a post War car accessory, they are very popular with the bobber / chopper motorcycle community.
Most of them have damage or pitting. This one came from a friend who is very fussy. So, it’s in nice condition. I haven’t tested it, so you will need to expect to replace the bulb.
