Velocette MOV MAC 250cc 350cc vintage motorcycle gearbox PreWar Postwar
The gearbox is almost identical to another Velo box with the number begins with “9-” so I think this might be a post war manufactured gearbox. It may suit the pre war rigid MAC’s and MOV’s but you need to be the judge of that.
It comes with the frame clamps, gear selector arm (as shown). It turns over without any horrible noises and clicks through gears. It also comes with the kick start.
The casings are nice and the cover is decent too. Both mounts have had weld repairs. I have shown this in the images. It seems solid to me.
I currently have a MAC rigid frame and an appropriate MAC engine for sale. Please ask.
